About the Role
Working directly under the Senior Editor, the Mid-Level Editor handles a significant share of day-to-day video output across Dojo Marketing's growing client roster spanning retail, FMCG, D2C, and lifestyle. The expectation is fast, consistent, polished delivery — with the ability to take direction well and flag issues early.
What You'll Do
● Edit Reels, stories, event coverage, campaign clips, and brand videos across multiple client categories
● Execute edits as briefed by the Senior Editor, maintaining established visual and tonal standards per client
● Handle basic colour correction, audio cleanup, and motion text as required
● Manage file organisation, asset libraries, and version control across projects
● Deliver revisions efficiently and flag issues proactively before deadlines
● Support the Senior Editor on larger campaign films and brand productions
What We're Looking For
● 2-3 years of video editing experience in a digital agency, production house, or in-house content role
● Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; After Effects experience is important
● Good instinct for pacing, cut rhythm, and visual storytelling
● Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously without quality slipping
● Reliable with deadlines and version management
● Absorbs creative direction quickly and incorporates feedback without friction
Good to Have
● Experience with social-first formats — Reels, YouTube Shorts, Stories
● Basic motion graphics capability
● Exposure to FMCG, D2C, lifestyle, or retail video content
● Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve
